Comfortable conference capacity of 12 guests, featuring 23- by 12-foot space, 276-square-foot total space, and 9.5-feet ceilings. The Board Room is available at a very reasonable $200 per event per day.

Brainard Room

Features a comfortable u-shape capacity for 26 guests and a theatre seating capacity for 50 guests. Basic measurements are thus: 23- by 28-foot dimensions, 644 square-feet, and 9.5-foot ceilings. The Brainard Room is available at a very reasonable $300 per event per day.

Rent both the Board Room and Brainard Room for a wonderfully reduced combined fee of just $400 per day!
